The primary challenge for developing this mobile application was in strategic planning. Since a startup was bringing the mobile application to market with an incomplete business plan, our company consulted and provided an all encompassing business planning, product planning, and technical (mobile IT strategy) exercises that were critical to the entire process. Once the full set of planning activities were competed and all aspects and strategies of the company and product were aligned, executing design, prototyping, and the iterative build outs were rather fundamental.

Deployment and publishing to iTunes Connect and Google Play marketplaces.

Within the Flybooks mobile app flight attendants now have access to all their flight career management resources in one spot. Standard app users get access to the apps basic resource manuals while upgraded First Class users get access to the entire library of Fly Books, videos and the complete directory of flight attendants using the application across the country.

The application admins are always compiling and creating new and useful Flybooks to ensure that new Flybooks are being added to the app library regularly.
