Mobile App Based Passwordless Authentication Solution
Description
An American client, an IT solutions provider, needed a passwordless authentication solution for both iOS and Android OS. Their purpose was to design methods for addressing account authentication in organizations, not using regular passwords.
Challenge
Client needed a password platform to use login without making use of passwords, safe for the client’s needs as well as simple. They also expected seamless interoperation between Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO), ease-of-use, and adherence to industry security standards. Another problem was to provide control and the possibility for management on the website while avoiding too large an amount of work.
Solutions
For security, we implemented a passwordless system and encrypted all the data of the user. ESR: Fingerprints and face recognition made logins easier and more secure, as well as biometric authentication. We also incorporated easy account creation, multiple device compatibility, and even employee training for better function.
Impact
Our solution increased security, gave the users a more efficient login system, made signing up easier and made it simpler for users to access more applications using Single Sign-On. These enhancements enhanced credibility of the client’s services and placed them among premium service providers in the identity management market.
