Description
Out is an LGBTQ+ community that came to SolveIt with a half-developed social media & dating app for a safe space to findgenuine connections, join local or virtual events, and find inclusive businesses.
Challenge
The main struggle was to handle the project transfer from another development provider with meeting the deadlines and the agreed budget.
Solutions
- Review the developed app parts (UX/UI + code review + QA) and provide a more specific plan and estimation of the development stage
- Complete the mobile app design and create the design for the admin panel
- Complete Flutter mobile app development
