Description
The client came to SolveIt with the innovative idea of creating an urban smart app for improving the management of private parking all over the city to foster eco-consciousness.
Challenge
Customer needed to validate the idea of their venture and attract further investments for their startup project, as well as apply the monetization strategy.
Solutions
The app had to enable car owners to find parking spots, make contactless payments, and receive location reminders while optimizing resources for private parking companies. To realize this business model, SolveIt's team provided two app prototypes—user's and operator's—and then, on this basis, developed a ready-to-go iOS MVP.
