Welliba empowers organizations to redefine employee experiences. As the first Employee Experience Management System (ExMS), it blends behavioral science and user-centric tech. Employees own their data while HR gains anonymous insights, driving growth and engagement.


Challenge

The Welliba Employee Experience Platform project faced several key challenges. Initially, the existing product was a small proof-of-concept, necessitating a complete rebuild to create a scalable and robust platform. One of the backend challenges in the project was handling data privacy. The delicate nature of provided data required a careful split of stored information between different databases/schemas and microservices with differing responsibilities. Internationalization also presented difficulties, particularly with right-to-left languages, requiring meticulous UI adjustments.

Solutions

To overcome these challenges, the LeanCode team developed Welliba's EX+ platform, designed to empower organizations to measure, predict, and manage employee experience. The platform provides personalized, on-demand insights and advice to employees, acting as a vital link between employers and their workforce.

Impact

The collaboration between LeanCode and Welliba resulted in the development of the first Employee Experience Management System (ExMS), empowering organizations to redefine employee experiences by blending behavioral science and user-centric technology. This platform enables employees to own their data while providing HR with anonymous insights, ultimately driving growth and engagement. The application is now available in 7 markets, and LeanCode built 4 distinct web applications for Welliba, each offering different sets of features.
