A one man shows a CRM with a vision to help a serviceman (e.g. an electrician, a gardener, a plumber, a house contractor etc.) to manage his clients and increase his revenue by improving his service to his clients. The application helps him avoid losing clients, potential clients, and deals as well as manage the communication with his clients regarding follow-ups, invoices, billings and payments.
