Description
Started as an idea of an online therapy tool by a young couple of a businessman and a counselling psychologist. What started off as just the solution to create accessible therapy for everyone later went on to become a full blown business venture. And hence was created with the aim to be able to remotely provide therapy to people, with enough privacy, confidentiality and good resources.
To avoid the discrepancies and bridge the gap between service providers and clients came up with the idea of Moon Minds; an adventure that was guided by a mental health professional themselves in order to maintain the ethical standards of the industry.
Challenge
Trinarybits helped create a website that is calm and felt like a warm welcome. We carefully curated a colour palette of purples and tones of beige to match the spirit of MoonMinds.
The website is a consolidated place with all of the tools for any individual seeking therapy; in one place ranging from the introduction of the company and the therapists to recent customer feedback and their different policies.

Impact
The project has successfully delivered a robust and scalable therapist booking platform that continues to evolve. Since launching the core features, we’ve seen steady growth in therapist onboarding, with over 20 professionals registering and actively using the platform within the first month. The integrated scheduling system significantly streamlined operational workflows, resulting in approximately a 40% reduction in manual appointment handling for the client.
On the user side, engagement through the client portal has increased by around 60%, reflecting improved user experience and ease of booking. The payment integration has been performing reliably, with over 100 successful transactions processed in the first quarter, providing strong early validation for the client’s service model.
