An old legacy platform with algorithmic defects that were cuasing development glitchs for the company. Company was blocked to complete its fund raising of $20M and our due diligence and assessment waas needed to set it up right for the next round

Our leadership team onboarded and created a product plan with their massive team to execute a high-velocity implementation of migration in multiple phases to set the company up to recieve its funding round and get over the current develpment issues while developing new modules of existing clients
