As appraisers sometimes work at sites with poor cellular coverage, the product also needed to offer offline support.
Challenge
The app needed to serve as a tool for everyday professional use. That meant it had to provide a list of properties to visit, perform an assessment, map the locations, and create the shortest route. In addition to serving as a task manager, it needed to allow the creation of floor plans and attachments.

Impact
We created an app that stores detailed information of all CRE object parameters and serves as one point of knowledge. This universal instrument allows appraisers to complete inspections from desktop or mobile (tablet) and go paperless.
